Main responsibilities In-depth knowledge of the SANT FELIU DE LLOBREGAT area to list properties. Collect and check all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements while ensuring companys commission policy is in place.

Manage client relationships and ensure proactive communication Deal with allocated clients from initial contact until completion and post-completion of the deals Manage the full listings and sales cycle and offer constructive and creative options and solutions to close deals Keep our CRM updated with clients requirements and maintain your database up to date and in line with the commercial requirements and activity Requirements Strong previous experience in the real estate sector. Specific knowledge of SANT FELIU DE LLOBREGAT´s market and key areas.
