GXO Spain is looking for a PMO to establish project methodologies, ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, and scope, and support teams in the implementation of key HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities:Establish and maintain project management methodologies aligned with HR goals. Coordinate the HR project portfolio (Digital Transformation, Employee Experience, Work Climate, Learning & Development, etc.).

Oversee project timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables. Identify risks and propose mitigation plans. Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to ensure successful execution of cross-functional initiatives.

Generate executive reports and progress indicators to support decision-making. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and results-driven management. Requirements:University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within HR or organizational transformation projects. Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, etc.). Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, Jira, or similar.

Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Intermediate/advanced level of English (preferred). Nice to

Have:Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or similar. Experience in cultural change projects or implementing HR technologies (HRIS, performance evaluation systems, etc.).
