Bonjour à tous, Nous recherchons des profils natifs français pour travailler exclusivement sur des horaires de nuit dans une entreprise dintérim, sur un service 24/24, 7 jours sur 7. Notre service se réorganise avec plus de shifts.

Le siège se situe à Carrer Pau Claris, à Barcelone, près du Paseo de Gracia. Nous sommes une entreprise dintérim avec un service 24/24, 7j/7.

Vos missions principales :

  • Assurer laccueil téléphonique de nos intérimaires
  • Identifier linterlocuteur et la demande
  • Traiter la demande et trouver une solution adaptée
  • Assurer un suivi entre le client, les agences et les intérimaires
  • Effectuer les prises de postes des intérimaires
  • Enregistrer toutes les demandes dans la base de données et assurer leur suivi
  • Traiter les messages électroniques entrants
  • Faire le lien avec nos agences
  • Vérifier les bons et écrits administratifs

  • Replanification rapide en cas dincidents ou fermetures de routes
  • Support aux chauffeurs et gestion des imprévus
  • Suivi et transmission des informations aux équipes de jour
  • Intervention en cas dincident, gestion des réclamations, et optimisation des coûts
