En ROSA CLARÁ GROUP estamos buscando Store Manager que lidere y gestione todas las actividades de nuestra tienda de Badajoz, ofreciendo a nuestros clientes una experiencia excepcional y asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas.

La principal misión de este puesto es:

  • Gestionar de forma integral el negocio de la tienda.
  • Brindar una atención personalizada a los clientes en todas las etapas del proceso, tanto en la venta como en el servicio postventa.
  • Impulsar las ventas de la tienda y alcanzar los objetivos establecidos.
  • Coordinar todas las actividades necesarias para el correcto funcionamiento de la tienda.
  • Actualizar y ampliar la cartera de clientes.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia mínima demostrable de 3 años como store manager.
  • Persona acostumbrada a trabajar por objetivos e incentivos, con experiencia en el conocimiento y gestión de KPIs.
  • Se valora positivamente un nivel de inglés medio/alto.
  • Se considera un plus tener conocimiento de compostura/arreglos de prendas.
  • Disponibilidad de martes a sábados en horario partido.
