SERVICE DESK EN SEVILLA (MODALIDAD HÍBRIDA)

¡Buscamos a nuestro/a próximo/a guerrero/a del Service Desk para unirse a un equipo que nunca duerme! Bueno, sí duerme... pero por turnos. Si te motiva resolver problemas, ayudar a personas y mantener la tecnología a raya, sigue leyendo.

¿Cómo es el horario?

Rotativo en turnos de 8h desde domingo a las 23:00h hasta el sábado a las 07:00h. Tú eliges: team búho, team café mañanero o team media jornada con siesta incluida.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

  • Serás quien ponga orden en el caos: gestionarás incidencias, las priorizarás, las recategorizarás si hace falta y ayudarás a resolverlas en tiempo récord.
  • Jugarás en equipo: colaborarás con otros equipos para dar con la solución definitiva.
  • Ayudarás a que el futuro sea más fácil: generando documentación o actualizando procedimientos para evitar errores repetitivos.
  • Mantendrás a raya nuestros sistemas: monitorizando y controlando el entorno IT como todo un/a pro.
  • Gestionarás activos IT como si fueran tus Pokémon: con herramientas CMDB.
  • Y todo esto... ¡en inglés nivel C1! Yes, you can.

¿Qué necesitamos de ti?

  • Experiencia usando herramientas ITSM, especialmente ServiceNow.
  • Saber moverte con soltura en Active Directory.
  • Manejo de herramientas de monitorización.
  • Formación como Técnico/a Superior en Administración de Sistemas Informáticos o similar.
  • 1-2 años de experiencia en puestos similares.
  • Que tengas buen rollo, motivación y seas resolutivo/a.

Si además sabes de esto, ¡puntos extra!:

  • Conocimientos técnicos en M365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Office)
  • Manejo de Windows 10/11 o MacOS sin que te tiemble el pulso.
